Construction Management is a Professional Service, generally offered by registered Engineering firms, which consists of managing the construction of the project with the interest of the project, and thus the owner, as the foremost objective. Management tasks include the inspection of the work; schedule and budget monitoring; change-order management; regular and appropriate communication with the owner, the public, funding agencies and other involved entities; and a comprehensive close-out of the project.

MUNICIPAL APPROVALS
As with any construction project, getting your plans approved and permits in place can be the most time consuming part of the project. 3D Engineering works with homeowners and municipal professionals so that costly changes and delays can be avoided and projects can begin as soon as possible. Part of our efforts following super storm Sandy included working with municipal building and zoning departments on permits and approvals for rehabbing or reconstructing damaged structures.
